I love to draw, and I also loved to draw faces. To me there was something beautiful about a face, about the human body. The angles of light, highlighting and receding, suddenly the jaw is strong and the eyes intense.

The great masters painted the human body with such definition and light, almost ethereal. However, Islamically drawing animate beings is forbidden, this is a great test for me. To this day  my hand still itches to draw some fanciful creature from my head. So I took to drawing parts of the body, like hands.

I want to share with you a sketch I did using a tablet. It could be better, as with most things, they can be improved.
